Happy Birthday to our wonderful Dad, Papa and Friend! We celebrated 70 years of my Fathers amazing life this weekend and had a great time doing so. Now, I can attempt to sum up my Fathers seventy years, which include escaping the Hungarian Revolution, being adopted into the US, a lifelong career at Yale, three children, three grandchildren...etc....but that would require a novel. I have learned a lot of things from my Father and it was very important to me to celebrate in a grand way and gather all of our friends and family. He is not just a wonderful Father, but an incredible and humble man. We all love you Dad!
Above is our fabulous cake from my "cake lady" as I call her...Diane Burke of Dianes Sweet Treats, who also did my wedding cake, anniversary cake and baby shower cake. I designed it and she created it! She is amazing!
I call this the Hungarian "wine koozie"...not sure if that is what it is. I was too busy taking pictures to hear what it really is.

Adam and Charlotte meet for the first time! They were born days apart and Charlotte has a 'few' pounds on Adam!
